In today’s world, it seems like everyone is willing to do whatever it takes to get a sale.  In this case, Chuck (the representative on my case) went above and beyond my expectations to see if I really needed what I was asking for.  He called the inspector from my local municipality to better understand the building code.  He found out that I actually had legal bedrooms and didn’t need to install the egress windows based on how my basement was laid out.  I was stunned that he would do all this to make sure I didn’t buy something that I didn’t need.  That was in addition to being a friendly and knowledgeable person.   While we found out that this specific project wasn’t needed, I will happily refer your organization to anyone I talk to that is interested in finishing a basement.  Thanks for the positive experience.

Overall, great work. Couple touch-ups needed post install for mis-aligned tiles and cross-bars. But those were fixed right away and final walk through. Crew was respectful and hard working.
