There was a scheduling mistake that was inconvenient and a promised discount was not applied (see explanation in next item), otherwise everything was fine.

Call Representative

Appointment was originally confirmed for 7/1/16, but crew did not show due to scheduler error so re-scheduled for 7/6/16. I was promised a $100 discount due to the error, but did not receive it (was billed full amount)

Sales Process

Brian Landrie did a thorough assessment of our basement and we were confident about taking his recommendation for repair (column replacement)

Our Installation Crew

crew was on time and worked efficiently as promised.
