I was impressed by Larry's message on the phone and the literature left by Greg Smith your design specialist/salesperson back in 2001. Your system has functioned flawlessly since then and permitted us to finish our basement after waiting a year when we were satisfied it would no longer flood. We have been serviced over the years by several very knowledgeable and courteous technicians and quality customer service!!! Most recently Danny Oestreich has serviced our system. He has given us good advise great recommendations and accurate dependable service. When a sudden leak turned out to be leaky bathtub plumbing and not a crack in the basement wall it was very reassuring knowing Danny brought good news and top-draw advice. Kudos to him for representing your company so well!!
