Ailton Dos Santos came to perform maintenance. He was honest, and detail-oriented, friendly, and most of all... KNOWLEDGABLE. He probably spent more time than his schedule allowed, but it meant that he cared about the job he performed. He cleaned everything up as it was before he arrived and provided me with more great ideas for future home improvements. I will be requesting him exclusively for annual maintenance.
