Max Biga was the technician who serviced my sump-pump. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient (I asked many questions) and obviously very competent. I feel that Mr. Biga is a very valuable employee, a good representative of the company , and an asset to CT Basement Systems. I learned a lot and feel confident that I have a good running system.
