What made you choose our company:
Expediant, a competitor, recommended you to me. Their service area had retracted and I (in Niantic, CT) was no longer in-range for their service appointments. They said they purchase their SaniDry units from you, however, and thought I might find a service technician to look at my leaking unit. I was very glad to reach C.B.S.--my service tech, Justin Jaffer, was really friendly, knew what he was doing, and quickly got my SaniDry working again. I am also glad to be on your books for a repeat appointment in a year's time, so I won't forget to have the unit taken care of on a recurring basis.
