My appointment, scheduled many weeks ago, was for 3-5 pm. But when I got the reminder call the day before the service call, I was told that it was for 1-5 pm. Since I was not available from 1-3 pm, I told the representative that it had to be 3-5 pm. She was very pleasant and made a note to that effect. But the mistake should not have been made Iinthe first place. The person who initially scheduled the visit over the phone should have gotten the hours right - 3-5 pm.
