Job review from Vincent in Plymouth, CT 06782 on 01/29/23

We did receive great service. However, we were given a 9am - 1pm window for final installation. After not showing at 1pm, we called and was told service man was on his way. Then, after another hour, we were told he got a flat and they were sending out another service man. He show at 5:15 pm. We lived 2.5 hours away. We left our house at 6am to be there for 9am and then had to wait until 5:15pm. When service man showed, he was told he was dropping off back up battery and NOT installing nor putting drainage of sump pump outside. No work done that day. We needed to re-schedule another day. We had another 2.5 hour drive home that evening and had to come back the following week.

First, we were asked to pay for the balance of the work when they installed the sump pump, but it had not been fully installed, since we were building a house and work still needed to be done (miscommunication). Then, see above for more miscommunication.

Installation crew for sump pump and water proofing were very good. Scott & Javier came to do final installation on 1/27/23 and were excellent. All interactions with workers and on phone were very nice and courteous
