I was initially happy with the installation, until I found that the drainage pipe was too close to the surface where it crossed under my sidewalk. That meant there was not enough clearance to replace the sidewalk paving blocks. While examining that section of pipe, I found that the sections were not glued together and there was 1/2" gap at a junction, and there was not enough pipe to close the gap. I spoke to the rep who tried for several weeks to get customer service to respond. I also called them myself to no avail. After waiting a month, I decided to repair the installation myself and then replace the sidewalk blocks. That required some time, effort and money to find the proper type of low pressure drainage pipe to do the job properly. Ten months later and customer service has still not responded to my repair request.
