Mike Furlo was great ! Performed the maintenance work that was needed to be done and made sure everything was ok and in working order before he left. Also explained some helpful things to me that I did not know. He has a great personality and I enjoyed meeeting and talking with him. Ct Basement is very lucky to have a service tech like Mike.
