As always, Chuck Stofko was immediately responsive to my message that the dehumidifier had stopped working; Michael from service called and set up service the next day; Bruce Toth, service tech replaced & repositioned the defective unit under warranty & carefully inspected the area to avoid future problems. ***Outstanding service in every aspect***
