What made you choose our company:

You have a catchy logo. Despite the high marks I provided, I would like to make a suggestion to your scheduling dept. When I made the appointment for the install, I was given a five-hour window from 1 - 5:00. That’s acceptable - however, I discovered that I was the LAST appointment of the day, so the installers would show up close to 5:30. If the scheduler knew that I was the LAST appointment of the day, I would have greatly appreciated knowing that ahead of time so I don’t sit in my house waiting for five hours, which is exactly what happened. By the same token, if I had been the FIRST appointment of the day, that information would have been helpful so I could plan the rest of my afternoon. In the future, a text, phone call, or email as a “heads-up” would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
