Our Overall Service
Overall job and field crew was very good, we are very happy with the results. We had several issues with PM and coordination process along the way, including change order proposals for estimating error and for unauthorized extra work, we worked it out but is caused some unneeded drama.

Sales Process
Good presentation, rendering of finished space was very helpful. One knee wall was missed in the estimate, and was discovered by the PM on the first survey visit, I was presented with a change order. After an uncomfortable phone conversation, CBS agreed to cover the cost. In the bathroom the sales rep and literature clearly indicated that we were responsible for ‘fixtures’, unfortunately ‘fixtures’ was not defined. Turns out, fixtures include items I would consider ‘fixtures’ (faucet, towel and TP holders), but also included some surprises (vanity including sink, shower, toilet, and the plumbing drain fitting at the bottom of the shower. A more clear definition of ‘fixtures’ would have been very helpful.

Very good crew, plumber and electrician, all were professional, timely and communicated well.
The Cleanup Process
Crew cleaned up every day and took trash away with them.
