I am putting a 3 here as it took at least 4 calls since 7.30am (voicemail) to eventually have an agent call me back at 5pm. But at my fourth call I was taken care of by Joi who did an amzing job

Joi was incredibly professional on a Sunday call and again when i asked to have an emergency repair on Monday
