We had two installation in the past 4 months. While both crews kew what they were doing the later crew was outstanding. For one thing they used a table saw to cut the floor tiles which made the job quicker and neater. They were able to recitfy some of the issues left by the first crew. Secondly they were better able to communicated with me.
