I've heard many good things about DBS. This isn't a product one uses over and over again so we wanted to make the right choice. The price was reasonable, about what we expected. I did reach out last November, but never received a call back. I reached out again in April and did receive a call back.

We let our sales rep know when the best time frame for the work to be done would be. We got a call from scheduling to set this up. A few days before the scheduled date, we received another call confirming. the dates. We were all ready to go for a Tuesday morning start.

Rich was very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, straight forward and kind. He did not try to sell us something we didn't need.

The crew was due here on a Tuesday morning, around 9:30 or 10:00. We had not seen anyone by noon, so I called. I was told they would look into it and call me right back. I still had not heard anything by 2 or 3, (I can't remember the exact time), so I called again. I was told they would look in to it again and get right back to me. I finally got a call around 4, from Joe. He said they got delayed and would be at our place the following morning. It did not matter to us, but the communication on the delay was terrible. Joe and Brian did show up Wednesday and got right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. From what I could tell, they worked well together as a team.

This is a filthy job, but I feel they cleaned up pretty well. I had a lot to do when they left, but that was to be expected, considering the process.
