A damp crawl space will only cause negative effects such as rotting wood, increased energy bills, and mold growth.
Here is the basement before we waterproofed it.
TripleSafe provides three levels of protection against water intrusion.
These outdated window wells were a place for debris to build up and water to leak through.
CleanSpace was used to encapsulate the entire crawl space to keep moisture and odors from the walls and floors out. SilverGlo was placed on the walls to help insulate.
WaterGuard was applied to a trench that was dug under the floor slab to direct any water seeping through the walls to the sump pump to be extracted from the basement.
The SmartSump is a specially designed sump pump system built for crawl spaces and basements, offering reliable protection against water intrusion. Featuring a built-in alarm, and optional battery backup, the SmartSump quickly removes water while alerting you to potential issues before they become serious.
