Previous to working at Quality 1st, Mike has over ten years of experience in the customer service industry, as well as working as a service advisor at a car company. Mike knows how to provide customers with the best solutions and the best experience!
Mike's primary objective is to provide homeowners with the best solution for their homes. Mike provides thorough inspections of homes and will build a solution for that specific homeowner. Mike will ensure that the homeowner is getting the best resolution to the issue they are dealing with.
