  JD and his team did an amazing job working on leveling our pool deck. He spent the time to listen to our concerns and what we were looking for. He was upfront about what he could and could not do when leveling the deck so that we could make informed decisions. He gave us the information on our options to move forward or make a change. Would recommend him and his crew as they are hardworking, meticulous about their work and treats his work like if he is doing it to his own home.

  I had a company replace the tiling around my pool and reset the coping. Unfortunately they created a dangerous situation where the coping ended up at a higher level leaving a tripping hazard. Luckily I found Quality First. Their diagnosis was spot on concluding that my deck had sunk down in relationship to the now level coping. Their solution was to do a cement lifting technique which I was naturally suspicious of. Needless to say, I agreed to do the job. The technician JD created small holes in the cement deck and injected strong foam underneath the deck lifting the edge closest to the coping and solved my problem. It is truly amazing that this can actually be done, and even greater that I found a company that did it so well! Strongly recommend for anyone with a similar problem! Thanks JD for such an outstanding result!

  Excellent service and job well done. Work crew (led by JD) was very friendly and informative. Raised patio is now level, cracks repaired and joints replaced. Will be bringing them back to do repairs on the driveway.

  JD from Quality basements came to fix my foundation issues with a smile and a knowledge and experience that I've rarely seen in any type of business. Walked me through everything, explained in clear language how the project was going then explained everything that was done. I could not believe how minimally invasive the procedure was. I do not have to change my granite tiles and can repair the existing small holes which were created to do the job. Results gave me a level floor which was previously sloping and getting worse. He assured me it was more stable and with a 5 year guarantee, I am really at ease. There was no upsell and the only work done was what was necessary. A previous estimate by another business was quadruple the price with out even a thorough inspection of the premises. So glad I chose Quality Basements. Thanks guys!
