  I hired Quality 1st Basement to waterproof my basement, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. Miguel and his crew arrived on time and completed the job in just three hours. They took the time to clearly explain what they were doing every step of the way and left the workspace even cleaner than they found it. The finished work looks clean, professional, and high-quality. I’m very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend them.

  The installation team was fantastic, as were the sales and ownership of the company. They helped resolve some last minute problems that I had, even though it threw a big spanner into their normal operations. The on-site team were professional, efficient, cleaned up afterwards and communicated clearly. The work was only done yesterday but from what I can see it looks like it's going to work well.

  The entire experience with Quality 1st was exceptional. From the initial consultation and scheduling with Javier to the installation with Miguel and team, they were very professional. They were also both on time and the installation was very clean, which my wife really appreciated :)
