  Looks great and built meticulously! Two crews arrived on the scheduled day of the project. Communication before arriving and during the project was excellent. We needed gutters to correct some work done before and after we moved in 6 years ago. We also needed a sump pump and decided to get a commercial grade dehumidifier (after going through two $300 dehumidifiers). The Foreman for the basement work, Doug, really listened to my concerns and ideas. Doug made sure I understood everything and treated me with respect. I also want to recognize Mike Harris from production. Mike was also key in putting everything together. The Forman for the gutters, Carlos, treated me with respect and made sure the project was done correctly. As did his crew member, Nelson. I've had other gutter contractors and was really impressed with Quality 1st by far. Doug's crew is following through on the project as I'm writing. His crew, Martine and Primo are working hard to execute the project plan. I am extremely happy with everyone at Quality 1st. Pricing for everything is extremely fair and competitive. I told Doug I wouldn't go to another basement specialist for our home. They are certainly the best.

  Alex was my sales rep from Quality 1st and he did an amazing job explaining everything and he answered all my questions with compassion and patience. Excellent job from Carlos and his crew. They did a French drain and sub pump in my basement. Very nice people and very helpful!

  Friday 9/29/23, Carlos and Noah did drainage work at our house. They previously installed new gutters and downspouts earlier in the week and had to return on Friday to complete the installation of the downspout drains. Friday was the day we received between 4 to 7 inches of rain in our area and throughout NY/NJ. Carlos and Noah came that day and continued to work through the downpour to get our job completed. Even in those circumstances, they still were smiling and pleasant through it all. They were truly amazing! Both Carlos and Noah are very knowledgeable, respectful, conscientious and hardworking. They continued through the most horrible weather to complete and get the job done right. Thank you, John & Joan

  Just Carlos and Noah showed up when they promised. They wasted no time replacing the old 4-inch gutters and downspouts with 6-inch. At the same time, they dug trenches underneath the ground to bring the rainwater 25 feet away from the house. It hardly looks like the lawn was disturbed and all of the old materials are gone. In addition, I got a positive impression from both of them.
