Looks great and built meticulously! Two crews arrived on the scheduled day of the project. Communication before arriving and during the project was excellent. We needed gutters to correct some work done before and after we moved in 6 years ago. We also needed a sump pump and decided to get a commercial grade dehumidifier (after going through two $300 dehumidifiers). The Foreman for the basement work, Doug, really listened to my concerns and ideas. Doug made sure I understood everything and treated me with respect. I also want to recognize Mike Harris from production. Mike was also key in putting everything together. The Forman for the gutters, Carlos, treated me with respect and made sure the project was done correctly. As did his crew member, Nelson. I've had other gutter contractors and was really impressed with Quality 1st by far. Doug's crew is following through on the project as I'm writing. His crew, Martine and Primo are working hard to execute the project plan. I am extremely happy with everyone at Quality 1st. Pricing for everything is extremely fair and competitive. I told Doug I wouldn't go to another basement specialist for our home. They are certainly the best.

Doug and John were the absolute best, John took me thru the planning phase, explaining everything and talked through all the various options, and today Doug and his crew made it all happened. VERY professional, courteous and attention to details. Throughout the installation. Doug took the time to show each step they were doing, what the next steps would be and asked if I had any questions. Upon completion, we had a complete walk thru of the entire installation both inside and outside the house. (They left the basement cleaner then when they started) After Doug and his crew left, John stopped by to walk thru everything with me again, and made sure I was entirely satisfied and I explained that I could not be more pleased with everything. Quality 1st Basement Systems is a great business to work with. We recently had some flooding in our basement from a window well and Quality 1st Basement Systems came out the next day to assess the damage. They explained everything in detail and we came up with a plan and a quote was given. There was no grey area or feeling overwhelmed with trying to ask the right questions. It was very easy. Skip forward a couple of days later when Doug and his guys came out and did the install and took the drainage away from the house etc. Doug was on time and efficient. He did a walk- through with us after everything was done, explained everything they did and answered any additional questions we had. We will definitely be using this business again the near future. Thank you again to Doug and his crew!

Great company extremely glad I found them. From the initial contact person that was professional to the inspector that performed the free estimate and then to the crew that repaired my extremely tight crawlspace issues. Ryan Ek was the inspector for the estimate. Ryan made a complete inspection of the entire house, explained my issues in detail and informed me of the corrections needed. Ryan communicated and worked with my wife and I like my house was his and worked up many scenarios and prices. Thank you again Ryan on everything including suppling samples of the instruments to be used excellent job ! On the date agreed to Doug Sharples and his crew called to introduce himself before coming and also called when they were on their way. I found Doug and his crew to be more then professional they were also on time, respectful and clean. Doug communication with us each step of the way. Again I could not be more happy that I made that call to Quality 1st. Thirty five years in my home with various contractor and the first time we found ourselves completely satisfied.
