Our crew Installs the EverBrace panels on the interior of the compromised foundation walls. The space between the new wall system and the failed wall is filled with a rigid foam to properly transfer the home's weight onto the EverBrace system.
For crawl spaces prone to being flooded, our CleanSpace Drainage Matting is a great solution to keep the water that does come in, flowing out of your space. Lying beneath the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, the grooves in this matting allow the water to move rather than stay trapped beneath the vapor barrier.
The walls of our window wells are strong, waterproof, and rot-proof. They are installed with built-in safety ladders, and the hole our crew dug is backfilled with gravel and soil.
Installing vent covers prevents outside air from entering the crawl space which better controls the climate and humidity levels inside.

After the crew digs a trench around the perimeter of the space the system is lowered in and then covered in clean washed stone before being concealed with a layer of cement, to protect against debris.
