Nichelle has past experience working as a customer care specialist and as a fraud specialist. Her daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments and providing an exceptional customer service experience. Her favorite part of her job includes interacting with customers and being a part of their solutions and setting our company apart by providing top tier customer service. 

In her free time, she likes to cook and owns a catering business. She also loves crafting.
