Sales Process

Rick Ludlow was our salesperson and not at a single time we were forced or pressurized into buying their services. We had 3 more companies come and look into our basement and even though we don't have "water" problems just the mold issue we were terrorized with "what might happen" scenario. We were sent reading material as soon as we scheduled an appointment for estimate. Very informative.

Presentation was very to the point and again the salesperson answered our questions and concerns.

Our Installation Crew

The installation process was very smooth. The foreman, Jesus, was very knowledgeable, covered the junk in the basement with plastic sheets, moved the refrigerator, washer and dryer. He updated me every now and then with the progress that was made and if he had any concerns.

The Cleanup Process

I can say that the basement has never been cleaner, we had loose debris around the previous sump pump and the utility room, it is nice and clean now.

The product itself and the fact that the salesperson, Rick Ludlow, wasn't pushy at all gave us the options and most importantly gave us time to think over it before signing up.
