He was great! Handed us his card with his picture as soon as we opened the door, super friendly, extremely helpful explaining where the water was coming from and even showed us how to use our system to drain the water coming from the well tank so the water wouldn't go further into the basement. He could have called it a day and said it's well water and nothing to do with the our newly installed system, but instead he showed us how to use our system to help with our leaking well!
