Since I was not home for inspection of work I had to call back after they left regarding several areas on the walls that did not have the top capping, also some of the bright white material is bulging. They must come back next week to fix it. The crew also turned off my furnace without my knowledge and did not turn it back on and we have no heat today as it's not functioning properly now when turned on and I'm waiting for the contractor to come to fix. I reported to 1st quality and expect to be reimbursed for this service call.
All calls were answered professionally and expeditiously.
The salesperson was very good, answered all the questions. Although he told us that their workers were all American and we could only speak to one of the teams of four on our job as the others did not speak English.
Crew was courteous, worked hard and swiftly. Only one man spoke English though. My husband had looked at the work before they left but neglected to look at the details of all the work to include top capping material and bulging of materials.

Recommendation from a neighbor. I expect my requested repairs will be handled expeditiously and to our satisfaction and that we will be reimbursed for the service call to fix our furnace today, resulting from the crew turning off our system unbeknownst to us. Whatever was done to the system has resulted in it not functioning today, we have had no heat last night or today. I reported this to your office immediately upon realizing we had no heat since the crew left. Thank you!
