Scheduling the appointment was an average (3) rating. The call representative did everything accurately but seemed frustrated with the questions I was asking.

I was very impressed with Thomas. I had been worried about the system that had been installed last year, and he took time to explain everything to me. He also found two problems with the installation and fixed them readily. He restored my faith in Quality 1st.
