I appreciated the call the day before the scheduled visit to tell me that they needed to change the time window - many companies would not have been on top of that.

Randy went above and beyond making himself available to answer questions and make special arrangements for the job.

Randy took his time, talked me through several options and let me pick the one I thought would suit our needs best without applying unnecessary pressure.

Mario and his team did the work well and quickly and handled special instructions for my job well. Mario answered all my questions as well.

The team covered up the furniture we couldn't move out of their way well and cleaned up well, leaving behind only expected cement dust.
