As far as payment, I was told that the service fee would be waived if I answered some question during a testimonial. Once the service tech came and we spoke about the testimonial he stated it had to be a video testimonial which I was not told. Do to my job I cannot be video taped while giving testimony. I feel if I was told during the inital phone call then I would have been aware of the situation and would have said no from the beginning. Now because of this I am out $170 that I was not expecting to spend.
Next time people need to be told that a testimonial is not a paper question and that it is a video testimonial.
