Rich has been part of the Healthy Basement Systems team since 2018, starting as an installer on the production team. He advanced to Foreman, later transitioned into the service department as a technician, and now serves as a System Design Specialist. Rich brings a unique perspective and deep knowledge of every aspect of the company, from installation to service to design. He is an expert at identifying problems and discussing concerns with homeowners to find the best solution for their home.

Thanks to his well-rounded experience within the company, Rich naturally transitioned into a design role where his insights continue to make a meaningful impact. Rich brings a focused, intelligent approach to every job he is involved with and is a true professional. Rich has been thoroughly trained and has earned the highly esteemed title “Certified Waterproofing Specialist” through the Basement Systems Network. Rich enjoys meeting with homeowners and helping them solve their basement, crawl space, and foundation concerns, ensuring their home value is protected and they can get the most out of their home.
