Francine Brooks brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience to her role as Brand Ambassador at Total Basement Finishing of WNY. As the former owner of a successful display business, Francine has always found fulfillment in seeing a project come to life—from the first client meeting to the final setup. Her passion for building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering outstanding service and quality products is what she now brings to the Total Basement Finishing team.

Driven by a deep appreciation for great design and meaningful connections, Francine is excited to help clients transform their spaces with the same enthusiasm and dedication that defined her past work. Outside the office, she enjoys golfing, working out, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
