Jim came over and spent a long time with us sharing details about the product and different options we had for our basement. He was very thoughtful about cost and didn’t try to oversell us. We were super impressed with the product. Having an option for flooring and walls that is mold-proof and will keep our family safe is a no-brainer. Jim was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. It was a great experience!
