While my project with TBF of WNY did not go well, the company has new ownership. I have decided to delete my review on the old company since they are under new ownership and tell about my experience with the new owner. Jake went out of his way to fix our impression of this company even though he did not have to. Jake Worthington is new owner of this basement company and if the customer service he showed us is any indication of the service he provides his customers, than I would say you are in very good hands with him. Jake inherited our horrible experience with the previous ownership and did what he could do to make it right. Thank you Jake. We are super impressed with your customer service.
