Shad brings over a decade of experience in customer service to Mid-State Basement Systems. His depth of experience allows him to lead our team of Appointment Center Representatives by example with exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail.

With his background in service and operations coordination, Shad also handles the day-to-day operations of our service department. He works with our customers to schedule all maintenance appointments, ensuring fast, friendly, and efficient service.

In his spare time, Shad enjoys spending time with his family, playing video games, and cooking.
