This was one of the few occasions where the entire sales/installation process was flawless from start to finish.
Sales Process
Tim was very professional. He took the time to explain how their doors are made, and how their manufacturing and installation processes worked, took pictures of our front door and showed us how different designs would look on our house. No sales pressure - our quote was good for 30 days.
Our Installation Crew
Fred and Tony were very friendly and professional, and passed muster with our 5-year-old 'supervisor'. They were nice enough to replace the 2-wire doorbell cable with Cat6 network cable so I could install a smart doorbell at a later time.
The Cleanup Process
Great job. They initially put down plastic in the work area to protect the carpet and floors. Other than the new door, it was like they were never there.
