Elisabeth Karam is the Appointment Center Supervisor, where she plays an important role in creating a positive experience for clients from their very first interaction with the company. With a strong background in communication and working with beneficiaries, including youth, students, educators, experts, and trainers, Elisabeth brings excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to her role. She enjoys connecting with people and especially appreciates the support of her colleagues and the friendly yet professional environment of the team.
Elisabeth has completed several professional development courses through the American University of Beirut (AUB), including Project & Program Management for NGOs, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning, Proposal Writing and Business Development, and Communication Strategies & Professional Reporting. She has also completed training in Non-Violent Communication through Erasmus+.
Outside of work, Elisabeth enjoys going on road trips, discovering new places, and exploring nature. She also loves spending quiet time coloring mandalas.
