Do you send out a company representative to review the completed work? I am asking for this, as this type of work is difficult to view and evaluate by the homeowner. With a job involving this kind of cost, this should be a required step in your process...and also an excellent point to make to future prospective clients to separate you from the competition...along with a completed form from this inspector to the homeowner detailing what was observed of the completed work.
