work was done in a timely manner, guys were very responsive to my questions. was a little sad they couldn't get the patio area pitched totally away from house but its close, and I understand with the areas of concrete they had to work with were difficult. also couldn't do the front side walk because of tree roots, the salesman should have seen that.
