Call Representative
Crew and staff were onsite and on schedule. One day there were late do to office required meeting.
Our Office Staff
Very profesional and cooperative. Information was routed to the appropriate staff.
Sales Process
Sales person was very helpful in describing the products ad prices that would be used to complete our project.
Our Installation Crew
The crew was very polite and answers any questions I had during the installation. I took photos and videos to document there work with no problems.
The Cleanup Process
Clean up in the basement was excellent. Out side had some gravel that came out of the 3" drain tile that was replaced. Not a big deal to clean up with a wet/dry vacuum.
Overall Punctuality
I thought they did an excellent jog. We had water coming into the drain tile and this made made for a messy removal, especially when they replace our sanitary sump.
Professionalism of Company
On time except or one day the crew was late due to a staff meeting at the Badger Basement office. Was not notified they would be arriving late.
