Very respectful, earnest in their desire to do good work and be helpful and informative.
The Cleanup Process
Extensive residue all over the basement floor and stairs. I have mopped twice already, and will probably need to mop two more times.

They called en route to say that they would be arriving 15 min early at 8:15, but ended up arriving at 9:00, which was still on time for the appointment, but confusing given the earlier phone call.
