A homeowner in Watertown, CT was getting water in their basement and was looking for a proper solution so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Gus Stozinic, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide them with a solution.
Once a plan was developed it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew to work on the installation. They installed our TripleSafe sump pump. This works with three pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup so that way the pump is always running no matter the circumstance. It will pump water coming into the basement out of the home through a proper discharge line that the crew installed as well. Now with this pump, the area in the basement that was getting water, will no longer be an issue.
A homeowner in Watertown, CT expressed concerns regarding his basement's ability to mitigate unwanted moisture. With an antiquated sump pump system, the homeowner felt unequipped to deal with basement water. To combat his concerns, he reached out to the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems to schedule a free in-home consultation to address these issues.
Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Representative Don Godbout. Godbout provided insight into potential solutions the homeowner could install, including our TripleSafe sump pump system and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. With both these systems working in tandem to mitigate basement moisture, the homeowner approved Godbout's proposal.
Shortly after, Foreman Moises Chantes and his team arrived on-site to begin the installation process. Following a quick install, the homeowner felt much more confident in his basement's ability to remove basement moisture!
In this basement we installed Waterguard as well as a SuperSump pump to prevent any further flooding. On the outside of the house we added Iceguard to prevent water backing up into the house when the pipes freeze.

A homeowner in Orange, CT, already had our SuperSump Plus installed in their basement but needed a different sump pump due to the small closet where it needed to be installed. Once they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems, we sent one of our Sales Consultants, James Stablein, to the property to take a look at the space. He proposed a plan to the homeowner that would solve their issue. After the appointment was set, one of our Foremen, Garfield Sanderson, went out with his team. They replaced the homeowner's SuperSump Plus with our Smart Sump to fit the closet space. Now this new sump pump fits perfectly in the closet and will continue to keep their basement dry!
