The owners of this home wanted extra living space, but their basement was too cold and wet to be used for anything but storage. To create the perfect basement environment, we first had to waterproof the space. We installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement, and a TripleSafe sump pump to push the water out of the home. Next, we put ThermalDry carpeting on the floor, which keeps the floor 8-10 degrees warmer than the concrete underneath! Our ZenWall panels were the finishing touch on this Oxford home! 

The owners of this home were looking for a beautiful, maintenance-free way to upgrade their basement. In addition to providing a finished wall surface, our ZenWall panels provide moisture and cold protection. Each ZenWall panel has an insulated core and a reflective radiant barrier backing.
