After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Josh Kroop, went out to the home to understand the wants and needs of this homeowner. Once a plan was made, our team was able to tackle the project. Our foreman Sheldon Lennon and his crew got to work. They installed our EverLast perimeter wall system, new doors, ThermalDry Elite Plank flooring, and more of our finishing products to complete this beautiful look! A homeowner in Brooklyn, CT was experiencing issues pertaining to water entering her basement. In need of a solution from a trusted expert, the homeowner reached out to Connecticut Basement Systems for assistance.

Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Representative Stephen Singley. Singley, an expert on All Things Basementy, listened attentively to the homeowner's concerns regarding her basement and scheduled a visit to the home. Following the free in-home consultation, he drafted a proposal including all the necessary systems and measures necessary to waterproof her basement. 

Soon after, a trained Foreman and his crew arrived on site to begin the install process. Installing a WaterGuard French drain along the perimeter, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and a TripleSafe sump pump helped eliminate the homeowner's fears regarding unwanted basement water. After a successful install, the homeowner was thrilled with the results and looks forward to having a stress-free, waterproofed basement!

A homeowner in Mystic, CT had water seeping into their crawlspace and was looking for a solution for this, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. We sent one of our Sales Consultants, Brian DiRisi, to the home to assess the crawlspace and propose an encapsulation solution. 

One of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his team installed the proposed job. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout this entire crawlspace to eliminate and protect from moisture and prevent mold growth. Our SuperSump Plus sump pump was installed to take any water that may come in and pump it safely out. Our Sedona dehumidifier was installed too to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth as well. 

Now this crawlspace is dry and moisture-free, giving the homeowner peace of mind! 

Before, this Jewett City basement had walls that were not finished which made the area look dull and uninviting. Wanting an upgrade, the homeowners decided to have Total Basement Finishing, a division of Connecticut Basement Systems, provide the best solution for them.

The solution was to install EverLast wall panels to the area, making the entire space more attractive. This product is not only attractive but is durable and waterproof making it practical for the basement. Just look at the difference, amazing! A homeowner in Plainfield had water seepage into their basement and below-grade garage space. They reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Brian DiRisi, went to the home to assess the issues and proposed a full perimeter waterproofing system. 

One of our Foremen, Vic Varela, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to collect water coming in from the walls and floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take that collected water and pump it safely out of the home. They also installed a TrenchDrain to capture water coming in from above the floor when there are heavy rains. With these systems, this basement/below-grade garage will stay dry!
