Our System Design Specialist, Don Godbout, came out to the family's home, and helped them decide the best solution that would fit their needs. Before, this New Canaan, CT crawl space was a dirty, moisture-filled area that the homeowner wanted to transform into a clean, dry usable space. The space was not in the best condition to be utilized, with falling batt insulation and unhealthy air quality due to unwanted moisture. The homeowner wanted to increase the value of her home with a practical, dry crawlspace.

Now that we installed our CleanSpace barrier, rim joist insulation, TripleSafe sump pump and a Sanidry Sedona, the space is now dry and can be utilized for storage. The combination of our products prevents moisture from entering the space, resulting in a dry, beautiful space. The homeowner is ecstatic with the transformation!

A homeowner in New Canaan, CT was getting water in part of their finished basement. They made the right decision when they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us solve this problem. After scheduling an appointment for a free estimate, it would soon be time for one of our Sales Consultants, Mike Bourdeau, to go out to the home to assess the issues and provide a solution. 

The next step would be installation. One of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew would work on this project. They installed a WaterGuard drain system that goes below the floor to collect any water that may come in through the walls or floors. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump so that the collected water gets drained into the sump pump. Then it will pump the water out of the home at a safe distance. To ensure no moisture in the basement, our crew installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This will prevent excess moisture and mold growth. Now this basement is completely dry!
