A homeowner in Stratford, CT was getting water seepage through the walls in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Don Godbout, went to the home to assess the issues and propose a waterproofing system. 

One of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew installed this project. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect water coming in. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. 

With these two systems in place, this basement will now stay dry all the time. 

This resident from Bethlehem, CT, had a dirt crawlspace and was tired of dealing with their recent water problems. They decided it was finally time to call Connecticut Basement Systems. After speaking with Sales Consultant Don Godbout, homeowners were ready to install the CleanSpace Drainage Matting to direct water flooding the crawlspace to our SmartSump Sump Pump to continue guiding the water out of the home. Although not pictured, our team also installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier behind the SilverGlo Wall to provide extra protection from moisture and mold growth. For the finishing look, our team installed the CleanSpace crawl space Vapor Barrier to give this crawlspace a brighter look while keeping it dry and protected all year long.

This basement was taking on water. To fix this issue we installed our Waterguard system around the perimeter of the basement. The WaterGuard system allows water a channel to the sump pump without flooding the basement.

Before, this Shelton home had a water problem in the basement. Water would seep through the wall and floors, causing dark water marks on the wall and a mess of water to clean up. The homeowner wanted a healthy, dry basement. After doing a thorough internet search, he trusted the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems to provide a solution for his basement. 

The solution was to install a WaterGuard system paired with a SuperSump pump and CleanSpace liner. The WaterGuard system is installed internally around the perimeter of the basement, where it collects water before it enters the area. The water will be channeled to the SuperSump pump where it will be discharged away from the home. The CleanSpace liner that is applied to the wall will prevent any water or moisture seepage from coming through the wall. Not to mention it gives the basement a clean, fresh look.
