Maddie (salesperson) was awesome, very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The crew - timely, hard working, and super clean...very professional. Totally worth the money. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Every person I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and enjoyable to have in my home. Customer service was amazing - wish other companies worked this hard they would have much happier clients. Price wise the job was competively priced but affordable. The system I purchased perfect for rectifying the water issues in my home. Also only company I had found that was willing to back their work with a warranty.

Our experience was top notch, we had a knowledgeable professional come in and explain in detail everything they were going to do. He also explained how it was all going to work which was interesting to hear. The day of the job my wife and I were both at work. I believe the team got there at 8:30am and when I got home at 5:00 they were wrapping things up. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up what they had done. I would recommend them to family, friends and whoever has had any problems in their basements!

We had an overflowing utility sink situation in the basement yesterday because I had mistakenly plugged up the drain while the washing machine was running. The water ran right down into the Sump Pump, flushed out, and then the Sedona dehumidifier kicked on. The floor went from a puddle to completely dry in about 45 minutes. I couldn't believe it -- thank you so much again!

Please know that we are very pleased by ALL the work Steve Cogswell did today at our home.I would like Steve in the future to service our new Aspen Air Purifier which I purchased from him today.  He did a real nice job explaining how the unit works and we are grateful for that!Steve also rerouted the water outflow of our 2 month old Ct. Basement system from the downspout of our Gutters to a temporary fix with outside piping running downhill to our backyard.  He tested the water flow from the inside sump pump and all worked well.He also put us on a ‘cancellation list’ for the Ct. Basement workers who will come to bury the pipes under the lawn.  Please contact us at any time for that work to be done before Late September, the date your office gave Steve.Thanks to Steve we are not as nervous about the upcoming rains tomorrow and Saturday and beyond!Take care & thanks again!
