Dear Rick, As you may recall, Connecticut Basement Systems installed the basement drain system in my home. I wanted to get back to you with my thoughts on the whole process of dealing with you, your people and the system. First of all, your crew arrived here on schedule to install the system, and they finished the job well within the estimated time. The two gentlemen whose names I failed to record, did their work with absolute professionalism, and they were even nice guys. Rarely have I seen two people work as hard and as long at anything, and they did the job with a minimum of disruption to the rest of the household. On this latter point I was pleasantly surprised as I was prepared for much more mess. I salute these two gentlemen as masters at their work. Second, the system works. On the evening of August 20th, as you might recall, the rains started here in Fairfield County and continued through the following day. Our experience with CT Basement Systems from the start was very comfortable. The sales rep, Mr. Gibson, made us feel at ease with our decision. In no way did he apply pressure to get the contract. His presentation was excellent, and he showed us each step of the way on his computer. As for your workers, they arrived on time and worked extremely hard. They finished the job in one day, as stated. They cleaned up everything when they were finished, and before they left, explained everything to us. Just wanted to write and let you know what a great job Tony DiLonardo did at my house today checking my systems, swapping out some pipe and replacing a check valve. Tony was patient in hearing my concerns and there was no sales pressure, just the presentation of a confident technician that clearly had my best interests in mind. I feel my home is ready to handle any excess water that may come with the next winter and spring season rains. As a person who runs his own business, I know that we often hear considerably more negative comments than positive. In all fairness we also need to hear more positive comments, as long as they are genuine and sincere. Such is my motivation to let you know about Tony. he is good for business because he is honest, patient and competent. I have been a loyal customer to Basement Systems over the years. Two years ago, we hired Basement Systems. A friend told us about them. We were happy with their presentation and recommendation. We've had water in our basement for many years and we want to get rid of it. Plus we thought somewhere down the road we'd put our house up for sale, which is now and we want to make sure it was dry.
