Dear Rick,
As you may recall, Connecticut Basement Systems installed the basement drain system in my home. I wanted to get back to you with my thoughts on the whole process of dealing with you, your people and the system.
First of all, your crew arrived here on schedule to install the system, and they finished the job well within the estimated time. The two gentlemen whose names I failed to record, did their work with absolute professionalism, and they were even nice guys. Rarely have I seen two people work as hard and as long at anything, and they did the job with a minimum of disruption to the rest of the household. On this latter point I was pleasantly surprised as I was prepared for much more mess. I salute these two gentlemen as masters at their work.
Second, the system works. On the evening of August 20th, as you might recall, the rains started here in Fairfield County and continued through the following day. For the first time in our eighteen years in this house the basement was dry. I am sure that this is no surprise to you, but sure gave me a good feeling and makes me regret that I didn't have this done years ago.
Third, I have been very comfortable in dealing with you and the few other Connecticut Basement Systems people with whom I have had contact. The Service & Production Department was quick to re-schedule our planned installation date from the originally set time when I called with a conflict. The people who performed the work were superlative, and you yourself have been informative, prompt, cordial and professional. You may recall that were are involved in a number of major home repair projects as I write this letter and I wish my other contractors had gone to your school on how to conduct business.
My thanks to you and to all your associates. Best wishes and keep up the high standards that obviously work hard to maintain.
Sincerely,
James M. M.
