Iron Ochre Problem Fixed With WaterGuard® in Two Harbors, MN
These Two Harbors, MN homeowners reached out to DBS after having rusty water in their sump pump due to Iron Ochre building up over time.
Design Specialist Rich Johnsen visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate. The solution to their problem was to relocate the existing sump and replace it with our TripleSafe™ Sump Pump and WaterGuard® system along the perimeter of the basement. Foreman Zach Jorenby and his crew successfully installed the waterproofing system.
The customer now enjoys a basement free of rusty water.

New homeowners of a 1960's Duluth home noticed water pooling in their basement. In search of a solution, they were referred to us by another local company and contacted us in search of a permanent solution.
DBS Design Specialist Rich Johnsen visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for our waterproofing services. DBS Foreman Kevin Steffey and crew then installed a WaterGuard® system and poured a new concrete floor over a layer of aggregate material and dimple matting to assist in the proper flow of any moisture to the new drain system. The homeowners also had a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump installed as well as a SaniDry™ dehumidifier for ultra protection against moisture.
