DBS Design Specialist Jason Brummer visited the home to provide a thorough inspection. It was determined that drain tile would be installed as well as a new sump pump to protect the basement against water intrusion.

Our WaterGuard® drain system was put into place and will effectively capture wall and floor seepage. Water collected in the drain is directed to a new TripleSafe™ sump pump with battery backup. DBS Design Specialist Nathan Schroeder visited the home to determine the best course of action for the foundation repair. Zach Royer and his crew excavated the exterior of the home in order to perform a lift procedure. Our team installed 6 push piers total at the base of the home on the exterior of the home. These galvanized steel piers were then hydraulicaly driven into the ground to weight-bearing soils. The weight of the home was then transferred to the competent soil.
The homeowners were happy with the work done and can now depend on a safe and comfortable home for years to come.
